Founded by English graduate students in 2011, the Winifred Bryan Horner Rhetoric Society serves as the student chapter of the Rhetoric Society of America at Texas Christian University. The WBH Rhetoric Society sponsors events that further rhetorical and composition scholarship at TCU, in addition to supporting the Winifred Bryan Horner Reading Library in the TCU English Graduate Instructor office.
Mission Statement: The Winifred Bryan Horner Rhetoric Society provides a forum for gathering as rhetoricians. The organization serves a variety of functions related to the study of rhetoric and the practice of scholarship and teaching among the graduate community at Texas Christian University.
